Established in Singapore in 2001 as EIN Engineering and Construction, the company underwent a significant business transition in 2005, becoming Einz Engineering & Trading (S) Pte Ltd. This year also marked the company's expansion into Indonesia with the establishment of PT United Multilift Perkasa in Jakarta.
The company continued its strategic growth, changing its name to Einz Engineering & Construction (S) Pte Ltd in 2015. This was followed by the establishment of a subsidiary, Einz Engineering Works and Services, in Malaysia in 2016. The expansion in Indonesia continued with the incorporation of PT Multidaya Anugrah Perkasa in Jakarta in 2019.
Looking ahead to 2025, the company plans to further expand its presence in Indonesia by opening a new branch office in Surabaya under the PT United Multilift Perkasa name.
