JEL Maintenance Pte Ltd is a key partner for the SBUC Project (Pipe Shop Fabrication & Field Installation), for which Einz Engineering was awarded a significant sub-contract in February 2025.

Einz Engineering & Construction (S) Pte. Ltd. is proud to partner with JEL Maintenance, providing comprehensive Piping Fabrication and Installation works. Our scope covers a total of 15,000 Dia-Inches of piping work, split between shop fabrication and field installation of Carbon Steel (CS) and Stainless Steel (SS) piping systems.

Specialist Sub-Contractor Scope

As the specialist sub-contractor for the SBUC Project, Einz's scope of work is comprehensive, ensuring all aspects of the piping fabrication and installation are managed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Our key responsibilities include supplying all necessary skilled labour, supervision, tools, and experienced full-time personnel, such as Shop/Site Coordinators, Supervisors, Foremen, Fitters, and Riggers.

We will execute the shop fabrication and field installation of Carbon Steel (CS) and Stainless Steel (SS) piping systems. This also involves managing the sorting, loading, and unloading of materials, as well as providing all necessary construction equipment, hand tools, and consumables.

Furthermore, our team will prepare and submit all required documentation, including detailed work schedules, Method Statements (MSRA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA), while adhering strictly to all project HSE and QC requirements.

Shop Fabrication & Site Erection

Our responsibilities are clearly defined across two main areas to ensure efficiency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

For Shop Fabrication, we supply the complete workforce and all necessary tools, welding machines, and consumables. Our team manages material handling within the workshop, tags and hydro-tests all spools, and loads the finished spools for transport to the site.

For Site Erection, we provide the full erection workforce, manage on-site logistics like unloading and storage, and handle all lifting operations, including plans and tackles up to 5 tons. The scope includes site measurements, installation of all pipes, valves, and supports, followed by comprehensive testing, flushing, and re-instatement, concluding with punch list clearing.
